Two Important Toyota C-HR Safety Features

The new Toyota C-HR is here on the lot at Page Toyota and we wanted to take some time to educate our audience as to the safety features increasing the popularity of this subcompact SUV.

The Blind Spot Information System is going to help make driving on the highway safer because radars are scanning behind your Toyota C-HR and can identify another car in your blind spots. If detected, your side mirror on that corresponding side flashes so you know something is there and to hold your position until the vehicle has moved on.

Once you shift the Toyota C-HR into reverse, the Cross-Traffic Alert is activated and will use radar technology to scan the road in both directions. If another vehicle is coming towards you as you drive in reverse, the alert signals will flash and warn you which side of the vehicle you should pay closer attention to when driving.
